Stress
What is Stress?
Stress is a very normal experience. It ebbs and flows but sometimes feels more pronounced during demanding and challenging times. The level of impact it has will vary and depend on a number of factors.
Stress can be subtle or sit front and centre. There could be early warning signs of stress in the body as well as changes in behaviour. If these persist it can further impact your mood and leave you feeling drained and unable to cope.
We will talk through your experience and understand key areas of stress. We will see how this is currently impacting you and find new ways of coping to help you feel confident and resilient when facing challenges in the present and future.
Explore the problem and identify the key factors involved.
