Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)

Body Dysmorphic Disorder is described as being overly preoccupied by a perceived defect or flaw in one or more aspects of your physical appearance that are not seen or only appear minor to other people.

You may find yourself repeatedly checking your body, grooming excessively, comparing your appearance to others, and experience a high level of distress or anxiety. It will also impact areas of your personal and professional life such as work and social events.

Together, we can understand how the problem developed and the way it impacts you. We can then find a way to work through this problem as a team and enable you to live your life without the distress or preoccupation.
