What is Generalised Anxiety Disorder?
Unlike a specific anxiety disorders, Generalised Anxiety occurs in many area of your life, from major life decisions to everyday tasks. You may worry more that usual and find yourself frequently overthinking or mentally preparing . Physical manifestations of anxiety include tension, butterflies or nausea, and a racing mind.
Overthinking and worry play a much bigger role in everyday life. You may also become anxious about the anxiety itself.
Together, we can develop an understanding of the anxiety and learn how to be less preoccupied by the uncertainty of everyday life.

Engaging in treatment for Generalised Anxiety is very challenging and may put you outside of your comfort zone. We will approach the problem at an agreed pace but you will be encouraged to push yourself.
