When confronted with the object or situation it brings a strong sense of danger accompanied by physical feelings like your heart pounding, difficult breathing, shaking, and feeling hot and sweaty.
It is understandable to avoid those situations as much as possible. Unfortunately, the fear and belief that you are in some form of danger will persist.
Whether you are have a phobia of a particular animal, confined spaces, the dentist, blood or needles, or vomiting, we can understand why you are struggling to cope in those situations and enable you to overcome your fear.
